The Company · A Statement of Purpose

The money software small
businesses were never given.

Correctness-first, built to fit.

Big companies run on financial systems that keep every dollar reconciled and every number trusted. Small businesses were left with spreadsheets and a shoebox of receipts. We build the same rigor — sized for a business your size.

§ I

A letter from the founder

To the small businesses carrying the books alone —

I spent years building the financial systems that run large companies — at EY, and inside Fortune 500 finance teams. Those systems take one thing for granted: every dollar reconciled, every number trusted, a wrong entry caught before it ever posts.

Almost none of that rigor reaches the small businesses that need it just as much. They're left doing the books after the real work is done, never quite trusting the number on the screen, carrying the whole thing on one person.

Rexo exists to close that gap: the same standard the big companies run on, built to fit a business with ten people — not ten thousand.

— Founder, Rexo Systems

§ II

What we believe

Three principles, entered on the record.

  1. 01

    Correct beats fast.

When it's your money, being right, to the cent, is the whole point; a wrong entry never makes it through.

  2. 02

    Your books are yours.

Walled off, yours alone, never pooled or sold.

  3. 03

    Software should fit the business.

Not the other way around; built around how you already work.
